We engaged with Deniz after a recommendation, and she did not disappoint. She was a fabulous source of support and advice as we embarked on our first ever build project (ground floor extension and loft conversion). She worked well with our builder to make the process as painless and smooth running as possible. She has a great eye for design and made some brilliant suggestions to help us create the 'wow' factor; following her recommendation for incorporating a gable window was one of the best decisions we made, we get so many lovely comments on that. We're delighted with the end result and can't thank Deniz enough for the part she played in helping us achieve our dream home.

Deniz came highly recommended and considered all our requirements, providing some interesting suggestions of her own which we adopted. She drew excellent plans which we reviewed and amended to the final version. She worked extremely effectively with our builder, and communicated with the council regarding planning permission which was granted with no difficulties. Communication was excellent and we were kept fully up to date with progress. The builder worked to the plans provided and we are extremely happy with the result and would confidently recommend Deniz to others.

Deniz was absolutely brilliant, designed a space which was exactly what we asked for, she was affordable and easy to work with. She gave us a few different options which were difficult to choose from as they all had their benefits, so nice to have hand drawn designs which gives more character and it's easier to visualise, especially with the facade of the house. My builders found her plans easy to work from and she worked with a great structural engineer. I would definitely recommend Deniz for any size project.
