Installed an AC system for me. Came out earlier this year to do a service but the outside unit had blown over in the wind. Subsequently I have had about 5 appointments which Luke has no showed to, with a whole variety of excuses. I would believe one or two, but some he even contradicted on various occasions. I have today had a different company out who showed me that the feet he suggested he had fitted, he hadn't, so it is no wonder it has fallen over in the wind. He clearly didn't want to come back when he knew how bad it was, because apart from damaged pipes and lost gas, the fall has also resulted in oil leak and damage to the compressor. Why couldn't he just be straight with me rather than keep no showing?! A substandard initial install and then very bad comms/business ethics. Service: Installation

Luke was recommended to us by a neighbour for whom he had successfully installed several air conditioners. He gave us good advice on which Fujitsu models would be best for our situation. He and his son efficiently installed them. They look good in the house and the external wiring is discrete. They quickly heat up a large open plan kitchen/dining space. Service: Install AC
