Took my car on Friday 26th august 2022 to Halifax, chris was really friendly and helpful. Of course I was offered less than my offer, i wouldn't have expected anything else. My car was ten years old and had age related issues. However, i was happy with the price. I left with my number plates, phone and keys. The next day I found my bank card missing, i had no idea what i had done with it and then realised my license and passport was missing. I went down to webuyanycar and Chris recognised me immediately. He had my things that id left in the car, as my car was being made ready to take away he had noticed a white envelope tucked down the side of the seat. Thank god. What an asset he is to the company. Went today to take Chris a thank you card and bottle of wine. Then men there said his name is Kyle and he wont be back to Halifax
