        We are newbies to the whole towing thing and had absolutely no idea that there was already a detachable tow bar fitted and in the spare wheel area of our newly purchased car. In hindsight we should have checked before we booked the car in! They were very honest and called after us as we left to do some shopping whilst the work was done. They even tested that it worked and demonstrated how to use it. Honest and highly professional garage, we didnt need to have it fitted as it turns out, but based on our experience Id highly recommend.
