        Took in a pair of bench made shoes to be resoled. Received shoes with rubber sole instead of replacement leather. Rubber sole came away very shortly afterwards, took back and they were reglued again for free. Glue came away again after very little time, took them to a decent cobblers I'd used in Halifax Borough Market previously who showed me that the stitching for the shoe underneath had been cut when the soles were scored to make the glue adhere. Ended up having to pay a lot of money to essentially have the shoes remade following the damage caused. Also opens at different times to advertised on the door. Wouldn't recommend, giving two stars as he did attempt to reglue the soles for free.

        Rubbish, never opens on time, even when I called in 2 days before to ask what time he was open. Didn't have any hooks for the boots I wanted repairing & suggested that I buy them on ebay. Won't darken his door again
