Heel2Heal Reflexology - for Holistic Therapy

Me and my husband were trying for a baby and after years of being on the contraceptive pill, my periods were all over the place. After chatting with Julie, she explained that reflexology could help to balance my body, hormones and increase fertility. We decided to give it a go and within a few weeks, my periods were regular. After a couple of months, I found out we were having our first baby. Julie made me feel at ease right from the start and the sessions were so relaxing. Julie will always be special to us, as she helped with our journey to parenthood.

After trying to get pregnant for nearly a year, suffering a miscarriage and trying all the advice available, I finally found myself at Julies front door... which was the best decision I made. I instantly felt comfortable, relaxed and assured. Julies knowledge of how the womens body works, fertility and of course reflexology, is first class... and what this all meant for me personally. For me, one of the reasons for not getting pregnant could of been around my short cycle (25 days), which through reflexology Julie changed to 28 days. I met with julie each week, which I Ioved... I cant remember exactly how long after but I was lucky enough to fall pregnant With my beautiful son Oliver. Julie was the 2nd person I told after my husband, and I continued to see her throughout. Providing me with such comfort, relaxation and someone to talk too. I could not recommend Julie highly enough, truly an amazing human... beautiful inside and out.
