Absolutely fantastic. Matt is the person I deal with mostly and he's extremely supportive, hard-working and considerate. He finds me great jobs, checks in with me and is generally so positive and a pleasure to work with. Everyone else that I have spoken to on the team are super professional and friendly. A professional and reliable agency. I have been working with Academics for 4 months now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The consultants are knowledgable and friendly, and are always willing to go the extra mile for you. Communication is timely and the process from assignment to invoice is smooth and streamlined. My consultant, Jasmine, is a breath of fresh air - always transparent and genuinely cares about offering tailored assignments that suit your needs. She is always willing to help and is always just a phone call away. I have been offered countless assignments over the last 4 months, and I am booked in for the next few months too.
