The last time I had a paint repair carried out at Cleckheaton, they managed to break more things than they repaired. Whilst I was very impressed with the actual paint job, I went back at least 3 more times on my dime to have various things replaced that had been broken. To this day I am still finding more things that are broken, but it's difficult to prove. I never even received to much as an apology and one of the problems I had to fix myself, because Stoneacre Cleckheaton tried but failed (long story short, they didn't fit the non-return valve on the rear window washer, causing the wiper to dry-wipe the rear windscreen and then the screen wash to just run down the back of my car afterwards). I would not recommend Stoneacre to anyone, nor would I use them myself if I had a choice. I even had a rattle in my boot lid that was, according to Stoneacre, some excess foam that broke off which they removed. However, months later, after removing the trim myself due to trim rattling, it has become apparent that whoever removed the trim last, broke one of the moulded clips and rather than replace the trim, they just removed the bits that were rattling around.
Even though I am not paying for the work; Peugeot is, which makes me a paying customer, but apparently, that's not good enough.
