I telephoned Vespa Solutions in regard to intermittent sightings of rats in my garden. Within two hours Simon was evaluating the problem. As he considered my situation would probably take more than the usual three visits, he spent almost an hour giving me free advice and explaining things I could do myself with the option to call him back if necessary. Simon came out to look at a wasps' nest in our loft. On closer inspection, he determined that the wasps' nest was not being used, but we had an active bees' nest right next to it. He was very knowledgeable about both the bees and wasps and gave us all the options for both nests. He also had a look around as we have had a problem with moths and he gave us all the options for eliminating the moths. He spent a good hour with us and gave us a lot of information about the bees, wasps and moths and what our options are going forward. He didn't charge us a penny for the visit, the time spent or the information. I cannot recommend Vespa enough and will not hesitate to call them when we need the nests removing after the end of the bee season. Service: General pest inspection
