Had an overcoat altered by these ladies. They did a cracking job and I wouldn't hesitate to use thei services again.

0 star Im sorry you want something altering? Youve got to be kidding right? I mean seriously are you having a laugh? Customer service - non existent Being in such a prime location you would expect first class service but no any request is far too much to ask - dont bother!

One lady who works here is extremely rude . Speaks down to customers looks down her nose at garments ya want altering.just rude

Extremely rude staff that completely disfigured my garment. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Initially went to alter the length of a designer suit. My requirements were concise on what I was wanting. I was told that it would be done in one weeks time. After a week, I went back to the shop to find out that my suit was completely ruined. After raising my concerns to staff, they did nothing but laugh in my face stating that they'd done a good job. They did not offer any sort of solutions to sort the issue out, rather they blamed me for giving them a job that they deemed too difficult to do and stated that what I wanted was NOT possible. I asked them various times throughout the initial discussions that if they could do the job, which they responded yes. I reminded them of this, and to my surprise, they behaved aggressively saying that the alteration they had done was a good job. The alteration done by staff was so horrific that the suit was unwearable. Stitches in the trousers were incomplete and buttons had been removed off the jacket, all in all, giving it an uneven finish. I took matters into my own hands and found a tutorial on Youtube on altering a suit jacket. I showed this to staff and was told they could do it, but there would be an EXTRA CHARGE and that it would take 3 extra weeks. Given the fact that it was expensive suit, I agreed. I returned 3 weeks later. The job was of extremely low quality, it looked like it had been rushed. It was just about wearable. Nothing of the standard of a professional. Upon leaving the store, the manager stated to me in an aggressive and condescending manner "DON'T COME BACK TO US." Throughout every single interaction with staff in this shop, they were rude, aggressive, unprofessional and condescending. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who wants to alter their garments. They will RIP YOU OFF and DESTROY your garments and put the blame on you (the customer).
