Not a first time customer so the review based on several orders. I dont know how Simply Paving manages to do it but every.single.time there is a delay with the delivery or something goes wrong. Me and my partner own a landscaping company so when using a supplier we look for quality and delivery time. I am sorry but it is a bit too much to have an issue with every order - you might think about changing delivery suppliers, but for the time being we will not be recommending you to our Clients as you cost more compared to others because of the delays/issues that occur usually this happens on the day of the delivery as well..

We recently purchased paving slabs from Simply Paving in order to lay a patio area for my mum to sit out in the summer. I have to say that Deborah in customer service was absolutely fantastic. She dealt with all my queries, arranged a quick delivery for me, and even took care to refund me for damages. I have to say the overall process was very easy. We unfortunately had a number of breakages due to speed humps on my mum's road, but we were offered a replacement or refund, because we had travelled some distance to do the work we decided to manage without and take the refund (we had ordered 10% extra anyway to cover breakages). I can highly recommend this company based on our experience.

Very reasonable prices. Delivery arrived exactly when promised and the delivery man was friendly, thoughtfully placing the slabs as close to the garden gate as possible. When we had a query about the delivery, our questions were responded to very quickly. I must especially mention Deborah who we found to be extremely kind and helpful. I can definitely recommend using this company, from a very happy customer!

First time order with SimplyPaving. However there were some damaged items which to be fare does happen with this type of product at times. Don't mind that. Anyway followed the procedure for getting replacements, and thought great all sorted. However not once did anyone ever call me back from SimplyPaving, l had to do all the chasing to get things sorted. I mean why an earth would you want to know what is happening with your materials when you are trying to finish the job, gawd. No email either, nothing. Heather said she would call me back on two occasions, she failed to do so on both, thanks Heather. The website is rediculous too, it does not even tell you when the item is being dispatched, all it tells you is "Processing". So in conclusion the company lacks communication skills in my experience with them. These companies want you to do everything online, yeah but it don't work. Plus no helpful staff to even keep you updated after you spent a lot of money with them. Are they saving pennies on phone calls at the expense of losing customers, very short sited. I for one would certainly not recommended them, well not unless you have a crystal ball. Thank you to all the delivery guys who were all polite, and helpful with bringing pallets down the side of house for me, the customer. Had calls from them, yes they put themselves out 100% alright, showing SimplyPaving up. Update. Thank you for your reply finally, funny how this now gets a response from you, how strange that is Natalie. Yes your trusted partners did all make their courtesy calls to me prior to my deliveries, no problem with them at all. Yet SimplyPaving could not be bothered with any communication whatsoever over the broken items. No calls, and no emails, l had to do all the chasing or l would still be waiting now. SimplyPaving had their money, and as far as l can see their part was complete, erm nope! Also where an earth are your customer aftercare staff, probably sitting around drinking tea or coffee. Training your staff would certainly be a good idea from my experience with them. I also note that you say it is unusual not to hear back from, yet your other feedback paints a different picture in black and white you must agree. To conclude, l will be taking my next order for a patio elsewhere. Hopefully you will find the time, and resources to learn from this review. The customer matters, it is not all about targets, and spreadsheets saving money on phone calls. Thanks for your help, not.

Failed to deliver when they said they would and this happened on two occasions. When paving did arrive, some were broken and others were inferior quality with thickness well below the specified 17-20mm. One was less than 10mm thick. They did replace these, but it took a further 2 weeks after reporting this. An email request for a refund instead of replacements was ignored and was only notified that replacements would be delivered on the day of delivery so had to cancel plans and wait in for yet another day. Customer services were very poor and unprofessional, with statements like "I don't want to argue with you" when I made a complaint about this. The customer does not want to argue either, they simply want an unreserved apology without excuses!
