I usually have only nice things to say about this opticians. In my experience they have always been very nice and accommodating. But today I rang to arrange a routine appointment for myself and my two children, only to be informed that they will only accommodate two people at one time. It is a 40 minute round trip for me and obviously was not impress at the prospect of having to do that twice. Such a shame that this the case as they have been my family opticians for about 20 years. Your policies need reviewing as this is not going to work for families.

All the staff are really welcoming and helpful. Great service from start to finish. We would gladly recommend Mackereths Opticians to anyone wanting a friendly, speedy service.
