But today I rang to arrange a routine appointment for myself and my two children, only to be informed that they will only accommodate two people at one time. It is a 40 minute round trip for me and obviously was not impress at the prospect of having to do that twice. Such a shame that this the case as they have been my family opticians for about 20 years. Your policies need reviewing as this is not going to work for families.
