The optician was exceptionally rude when I asked for my prescription. Basically told me not to come back. And I wont.

The receptionist is so rude, did not acknowledge my husband at all when he went in - even though she was on the phone when she had finished she did not make eye contact or ask if she could help - which I feel is the minimal requirement of a receptionist. They need to have a word with her. He was going to walk out and they would have lost a 300 sale... He explained that he wanted some frames and asked if it was ok to pick them up - she snapped 'well you will have to leave them out and they will have to go in the drier at the back' - it was her tone - just rude - she then informed him it was dinnertime - he said oh sorry are you closing - she said no! - Seriously I am glad I was not there. Anyway, a lovely man came down the stairs and was the complete opposite of the receptionist - he couldn't have been more helpful. He has sorted the current glasses and my hubby ordered some new ones. I write this review as I do not appreciate my hubby been treated like that. The Receptionist - poor. I would have given 0 stars if it was not for the nice gentleman who made up for her.

Very nice opticians. Staff all polite and welcoming. Eye exam went smoothly and each step of the process explained so I knew what was going on. No pressure in sales tactics either. Decent experience, which is why I've been using them since I was at school.
