Optician and staff are friendly and helpful. Ive been going here for years, and would recommend- good customer service and always reliable.

The optician Haseeb is difficult and rude. The woman on the phone is unprofessional and constantly ringing as late as 9pm to book appointments. Limited amount of options for glasses.Would stick to specsavers I am not using my real name of course. I was given the wrong prescription for my glasses twice. The young girls working at reception are unprofessional and unfriendly. Haseeb the optician is only in on Sundays. Definitely wont be going back to your practice and I dont recall a Sarah working there

I came here just before closing with my elderly father who has mobility problems had fallen and bent the frame on his glasses. The lovely optician came out of the optician to see my father in the car and helped fix them even though he is not my fathers regular optician. We are so grateful for his kindness and help.

Lovely staff, always feel welcomed and well looked after. The Eye exam has always been thorough. My family have been patients of this practice for the last 4 years, highly recommended.
