        Staff are horrible to other people traveling to help them when short staffed telling them they can't do their job right! They wouldn't have a job if they couldn't do it!! Horrible people that work there

        My mum came to live here 2 months ago and has flourished. She's eating and drinking independently, talking a little more and is happy. The staff are friendly, welcoming and really care about the people they look after. It's a cosy, homely, quirky place which I love and I feel relieved that my mum is being well looked after when I'm not here.
