Claremount House Care Home

Seen two nurses literally drag a vulnerable and frail elderly woman along the floor to a urine soaked bed. One has now been struck off but unfortunately that means one is still there working. Check the news article, absolutely disgusting. The nurses should be hung.

Wouldnt leave my family anywhere near this place. The place is dirty(dont be fooled by pictures). The staff, especially the manager likes to bully and talk down to people. Very horrible environment. Needs shutting down. Previous CQC reports are the true representation of how Claremount really is.

Do not bring your relatives here, qqc did an inspection finding that staff were neglecting and improperly caring for elderly.

Twice applied for a vacancy, received an offer of employment both times, only to be kept waiting. This time the new manager appears to be indifferent to giving start date, or even interested in chatting coherently to potential new staff. I can now understand why they are always advertising for staff. Avoid at all costs if you want to start within a reasonable time or even get a reply from management.
