Fantastic value and really friendly in the store. No pressure at all like some other retailers, just tell you about the products and then leave you too it. George the fitter was great, really friendly and despite the logistics of my kitchen making it awkward, did a fantastic job. Thankyou

I can't praise these guys highly enough. We had been let down badly by another retailer and were desperately needing a Fridge Freezer. The guys down at Direct Discounts were super helpful in helping us to choose something that was exactly right for our needs and even delivered it the very next day, on a Saturday. Unlike the other supplier who refused to deliver until the following Thursday, and who would not assist in getting the Fridge Freezer (sourced from CostCo) into our home (the doors needed to come off) even though we had paid for this service, Direct Discounts helped with everything. The took away our old American Fridge Freezer and removed the doors from the new one and re-assembled it in our kitchen. An outstanding service, which highlighted how poor the service was from a major retailer. Thank you Direct Discounts. This wasn't our first purchase here and it won't be our last.
