Absolute scammers, retuned my item and notified them WITHIN 14 days, received a call to say its been out of the 14 days when I proved it wasnt they used excuses about items being worn which I proved was not worn but tried on, unless you try an item how are you supposed to know the fitting. The guy further went on to say it smells of perfume when Im fact it was the smell of deodorant. Surely if this was worn on Eid day it would be smelling of curry and oil no? I dont know a single adult that doesnt use deodorant!! Maybe you need to be more clear on your website about your petty requirements I checked the reviews online and many customers have said the same about not being refunded so I have reported this company.
