Halifax Lock and Key

Terry was awesome. He was super quick to get here, and easily fixed the broken lock whilst ensuring I had all of the info for what had happened. Also had some great knowledge about another problem and helped me figure out how to use it. 10/10 would recommend

Our upvc patio door lock was stuck. Halifax Lock and Key came out within the hour. Unfortunately, it was the door mechanism and it's an old door, no longer made. He suggested a door bolt to secure while we got a new door. Its Sunday and because he couldn't help, there was NO CHARGE! Fantastic Service. Highly Recommend!

Unable to open the plastic front door. Rang Halifax Lock & Key and their engineer Terry arrived with in the hour. He quickly opened the door, stripped the mechanism and found the faulty part and replaced it from his vehicle. Very pleased with swift service and professionalism.

This is the second time I have used this company and again they were first class I called them out for a upvc door lock which had jammed they attended within a half hour of calling changed the lock whilst upgrading door security All the staff are polite and professional I would use them again without hesitation Thank you once again
