I met with one of the solicitors from this company. After which I have been unable to even get a response. I have left 4 messages and an email due to my family situation being an emergency. I would advise against using this company, as during an emergency they have repeatedly told me if be contacted and then 2 months later and many messages later I have received nothing. Inappropriate, as contacting a solicitor is usually something you want when action needs to be taken. I would give zero stars if I could.
