        Do yourself and favour and never use Smith's! After 5 months of chaos and avoiding calls/messages we were then told they couldn't act for us as they were acting for another party buying our home which we new from day one, but as 2 solicitors were handling the case this was ok. Kate Baxter was acting for both parties for months which breaks the code of conduct for solicitors. Kate was very rude and unhelpful. We moved to Ison Harrison, who were cheaper and easy to deal with and our sale went through in less than a month. Steer clear of Smith's...
