Very poor service from this firm, contacted multiple times up until the day of my court and didnt really get any help what so ever no even a name of the solicitor that would be dealing with my case.. the staff lied on the phone saying I hadnt sent court info / charge sheets via email.. which the first time they gave me the wrong email then denied that Id sent the charge sheets a second time !! I was told to be at court for half 11 so they could go through a. Few things then never showed up to my court date then tried to charge me 600 for a solicitor on the day because apparently it was short notice. very poor service from this firm and I would suggest to anyone else look somewhere else
