I gave this shop 2 stars because the milkshake was food but the woman behind the counter was rude and I got a regular for 3 and wanted to mix 2 sweets but it's an extra 60p

Absolutely disgusting customer service! My 2 daughters, 15 and 10, went in to get a milkshake yesterday to be refused because they didn't have a face mask on, (my 15 year old forgot hers and my 10 year obviously doesn't need to wear one). Double standards spring to mind as the 2 staff didn't have face masks on either, with no lanyards around their necks to show they're exempt.
