i had these Lisa and lisa for the first few cleans on the 1st clean it was brilliant really pleased was a deep clean so was a lot more to pay but thought it was worth it and the 2nd clean wasn't as good they explained because I had dogs there was a mess in the kitchen that's why they didn't do it and some of the bedrooms hadn't been done so I left it at that. ive just had another clean done a few days ago and I might aswell not have bothered I had to do it all again myself they had left a full rubbish bag in my kitchen not done down stairs toilet not done 2 of the bedrooms upstairs said they had done mine but was done in a fashion. they said they had mopped my bathroom floor but there were marks still on the floor. When I rang to complain to Lisa that had been, as a customer you expect aplogies and for them to offer to put it right but I got nothing SO I WONT BE GOING TO THESE AGAIN BIT OF ADVISE DONT USE THEM THEY ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!! AND SHE WAS RUDE THAT IS NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM A SERVICE THAT I AM PAYING FOR WELL THEY WONT BE GETTING A PENNY FROM ME THATS FOR SURE
