        The location itself was not the best due to the road works but in terms of the hotel the atmosphere was very nice. There were ducks around like lovely nature. the heater in our room wasnt working which is a shame The reception staff was the most helpful we have had, especially the girl with glasses I think her name was Lauren or something similar to that. She was absolutely brilliant, friendly. asked us about our stay and had a lovely conversation, usually receptionists just ignores us and checks us in we love the fact she asked us about our day We will definitely come back but we hope that by that time thenroadworks have finished
