I asked for a trim with layers. The stylist suggested using invisible layering rather than normal layering and told me she had lots of experience with curly hair. I dont think she knew how to cut very curly hair or how to do invisible layers . She hacked at my entire head of hair including the outer layer, My hair is ruined as a result of the cut - just a frizzy mess. I cant wear it down and have to wear it tied up in a bun everyday. The stylist (Jess T) refunded the cost of the cut but this doesnt rectify the mistake . I did go to an experienced hairdresser in Leeds and he advised me that the cut was poor but that I would need to wait for it to grow out (I have long hair!). Its a shame because I saw a different stylist a few years ago and had a good experience Service: Hairstyling
