        I like this gym as it is easy going no pressure friendly place to visit. I try go out of "rushhour" times so it is nice and quiet. Carl and Izzy are great people and will chat and make you feel chilled.

        Best gym in Halifax , staff are great, other gym members are polite , feel very comfortable n never feel judged I recommend going to this gym if you want more of an quite environment

        You cannot find a better gym in Halifax, Calderdale or possibly anywhere. They changed my life completely, I went from 22 stone+ down to 12 within 8 months. I've never felt judged and spent every single day supported. There's nowhere friendlier or more supportive.
