Very helpful and do respond with Dr callbacks. Very busy practice so phone calls can have long delays. Patience is essential. New PATCHS system in place which promises to help GP's and patients to manage their health aided by AI.

Absolutely rubbish, waiting 6 weeks for a telephone appointment and then being told there was nothing wrong with me by receptionist who I presume has a doctors degree! Yes there was a problem which was sorted with a new doctors surgery thank god! If you get past the dragon on reception good luck!!!

As a gp service can't fault it my only annoying issue is you can ring after 2pm to speak to anyone even cancelled an appointment

Recently Im getting abit frustrated with the surgery. How can they have run out of appointments at 8:30am. Its hard enough having to have every appointment over the phone, but recently you cannot even get one. They are Taking on too many patients than they can handle but looks of it and leaving there existing ones to be the brunt of it. Ive been a patient here for 21 years. Im having reoccurring problems because I cannot speak to a GP. 111 tell you to call them back as they are open but with the new automated message you cannot even speak to someone. No point moving because every other surgery in Halifax is just as poor.
