Speaking to a healthcare professional is made impossible by incompetent and unhelpful administrative staff, and a confusing online portal. Staff seem to have lost perspective that they are dealing with vulnerable persons and important issues, and not with trivial customer service qualms. It should not be so difficult to receive sensitive and professional healthcare. While I am very happy with my Doctor, they are failed by their colleagues and a system that undermines patient agency.

Struggle to get seen for any problem, they are hardly ever open and now the online system has changed again making it impossible to talk to anyone. I reccomend most people switch to a better doctors as these are a joke.

Incredibly unorganised. Poor customer service. Badly run. Every experience recently has been negative!

Nearly died of a blood clot thanks to this practice. Everyone to blame from receptionists to nurses to doctors. Everyone knows the signs of a blood clot so I can only assume they just didn't care. My new GP sent me for testing within minutes. Wish I'd have moved sooner. Everything is too much trouble for mixenden stones despite it being the quietest waiting room I have ever seen.
