Our father Paul Gledhill passed away suddenly on 23rd February 2023 and one of my good friends Shaun Thorpe recommended Emotions Funeral service as he was undertaking some work there to help him with his future employment aspirations. We as a family were all devastated to loose our loved one so suddenly but Shaun and the team at Emotions were absolutely amazing in their efforts, Shaun guided us through everything and told us what to expect and gave us time frames and coatings etc. I can honestly say at this tragic time, i wouldn't have chosen anywhere else to have my dad, the care, compassion Shaun & the team provided was outstanding. The day we went to see my dad to say goodbye Shaun had ensured he was peaceful and looked like he was asleep. Shaun ensured dignity & empathy was maintained throughout. The day was as perfect as it could be from collection to drop off -the presentation of the staff and cars were perfect. The Parkwood crematorium was very extremely busy but they organised the whole thing without any fuss and led the ceremony perfectly. The flowers were also beautiful. Anytime we needed to clarify anything at all Shaun and the team were there to answer the questions. Emotions funeral service genuinely do go the extra mile for your loved ones and nothing seems like it is too much trouble, all staff members were exceptional at there job. Shaun has a natural talent in this field of employment- so kind and thoughtful. We as a family cannot thank you all enough A huge heartfelt thank you to you all for looking after our beloved dad/husband/grandfather love always Rachel, Rebecca & Luka , Ian & Alison Erin , Jack and Evie xxxxxxxxx

Really cant thank Emotions enough, Carl, Clare & all the staff made sure everything from day one until laying our dad to rest was done with care and compassion. I would definitely recommend Emotions.

I would highly recommend emotions they gave my partner a beautiful send off they was very helpful with any questions we had and was very understanding.tom went above and beyond for our family to help in way he could me and my family will be forever grateful for there help and support at this hard time
