Disgusting food. Awful service and the way they speak to you when phoning up is rude!! Wheelchair accessibility: Not a wheelchair accessible place. Have to go up a step to get in, which in some occasions is hard to get up if in a chair especially if you're on your own.

Chicken was bland and pale, had a hair in my chips and that put me off and I nearly walked out with my drink as it was part of my order Plus I didnt really get the ordered I wanted but the chicken pictures dont match up to the food I am presented, I know Im being harsh but Id expect better food for 8.70 and give honest images on your advertisement and add some flavour in your chicken its like cardboard

I was appalled by the customer service today when I went to order my food, I regularly order from here and have not had a problem but today was different, I ordered some food and a Oreo milkshake, I received the milkshake and saw that it had chocolate sauce on it (which he did not mention would be on there), I asked if I could have a replacement as I am allergic to chocolate, one man said no but the others were in agreement with me, he said he can not take it back and I would have to pay for a new one. Now bear in mind that we had not left the premises, this all transpired whilst I was sitting on the step outside the shop waiting for my food to be prepared. 0 stars and I will not be buying from here again and will tell my friends and family to do the same.

Warning For those who go to BarBQ 2Nite on Wharf Street in Sowerby Bridge, be very careful. My sister had the Chicken Steak Burger and has severely thrown up. Not the best way to spend the night. Rang up to complain, all they said was it was cooked properly then hung up. Took ages to arrive as well
