I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers via the online ordering process to ve delivered straight to the recipient. I looked through & decided on which bouquet i wanted. I chose one at 35. I could have easily ordered via an impersonal interflora site but instead chose this florists as theyre my favourite in Halifax. However, it would appear the arrangement delivered was, NOR did it look anything like the bouquet advertised on the website. I asked for an image of the flowers just TWO days after arrival and some of them were wilted and looked awful. I've tried to email the florist directly with images of the ones advertised versus the ones delivered and three different times the email has been denied. No idea why. After this occasion i shall cease to purchase from this flower company again and instead locate another locally sourced florist. The arrqngememt sent could have easily passed for a 10 bunch from a supermarket

Rushed to town to buy a Valentines gift and decided on JK Floral. They put together a fantastic 40 bunch in under 15 mins. They had a great selection of flowers and plants and very friendly staff (or owners, not sure which). No more ordering from online shops anymore, Ill visit this shop instead!

A beautiful shop with sensible, value-for-money prices. Very helpful and friendly owners. Would definitely recommend this florist.
