Prestige Flowers Gift Shop

Please don't confuse this shop with the online department. You physically have to go in the shop to purchase their flowers. Great team. Great service. Great experience.

Nothing like the photo the flowers are dying but of apparently great quality... Didn't realise roses with brown petals falling off are of the upmost quality here. Refused a refund taking it further you can come get them as they're the worst flowers I've ever bought.

Ive not been to the shop in Dean Clough but recently used their service to send birthday flowers to a dear friend, my sister in law and my step mother in law and I was awe struck at the efficiency and quality of the service and the flowers ! I was a bit unsure as the reviews on trust pilot were mixed but based on my experience, Prestige Flowers were amazing. They used Royal Mail to deliver flowers to these three ladies all in different parts of the country all on a Sunday ( I had just ordered the day before). I was updated promptly when each of them had received their flowers. In the pictures they sent me the flowers were full and the hampers looked lovely. Ive used other services before and the flowers did not arrive in a good condition and its so hard to judge which service to use. I was incredibly happy with my orders and felt it was good value. Received a boxed floral display from my daughter. The roses were curling at the edges and brown. The tiny white flowers had broken stems. Very disappointed as Im sure they werent cheap. The card inside says 100% fresh. Not a chance!

Flowers were delayed and had already left when flowers were meant to arrive. Absolute waste of money. No refunds, watch out!
