Not even worthy of a star! Where do I start? The food is dry, always tastes of cardboard. The staff are very stubborn especially this bald worker who seems to be very aggressive to people smaller in size to him! This is not how customer handling should be. Shameful!

In the past when I have ordered from here the food has been up to standard, but YES A VERY BIG BUT!!!!!!!!! recently the food has been sloppy and my order has been wrong on a numerous of occasions. Not to point out but there maybe a new worker, who's hairless, looks very intimidating and looks mean. He has taken my orders and has always messed it up and when I have confronted him or told him he has made a mistake he has spoken to me in a very aggressive manner! My autistic son told him the food is wrong and there is a small amount of chips. He yelled at him and threatened to charge extra money, which has never been the case. WE NEED HIM FIRED!!!!

We usually stop here for a bite to eat when in Yorkshire, Burgers are huge and full of flavor, proper chippy chips too. Very friendly staff. Prices very reasonable for what you get. If you were in the Midlands you'd make a killing. keep it up folks, worth a visit.
