Scratch and Drag Engraving Service

Don't often leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion, just had a vase engraved for my mum's 80th & I'm over the moon with the quality & service offered by Denis, great price , quick service, highly recommended.

We needed something engraving last minute and found Scratch and Drag on Google. We called Denis on a Sunday afternoon and he was more than helpful. Denis actually completed the engraving that very afternoon while we watched. Denis is great guy, very knowledgeable and the process is fascinating to watch. We will definitely be back. Thanks Denis.

If I could rate more than 5 stars for Denis, I would! One week before Christmas, my son had very specific designs and initials (also different non-standard fonts) that he wanted engraving on 3 whiskey glasses we would provide. We approached more than a few of the more well known and advertised engravers around Yorkshire and a few further afield, but no luck..... not enough time, glasses won't fit in machines, too bespoke etc, etc, etc. But then we spotted Scratch & Drag Engraving Services, I emailed Denis, then gave him a call and nothing was too much trouble for him. We dropped the glasses off together with jpegs of the designs and they were ready to collect the following day and were absolutely perfect. My son can be a bit 'particular', spotting a tiny detail he wasn't 100% happy with on one of the glasses (honestly, they were perfect!) But Denis was very accommodating and re-did the whole glass while we waited, now that is second to none customer service, thank you Denis.
