My son has a serious virus and a rash wasnt eating or walking bearing in mind hes only 3 years old was told it wasnt an emergency for a fast appointment but a doctor would call after a while they called he got seen but later that day because we got fed up only to be told he will get better by himself bearing in mind the state my son was in he was only prescribed a liquid that would make him tired to help his itching only for it to do nothing only for him to get worse we requested after a week of my son not getting any better we was getting fed up on the phone that time he was seen again but not at the Siddal surgery the Rosegarth one which I dont live near there at all I live in the Siddal area and was hoping to get in the Siddal surgery but no but anyway we went to Rosegarth surgery again and again wasnt taken seriously at all even no we explained everything to the doctor he had dilated pupils at this point and his eyes didnt move but his eyes were not looked at once the doctor wasnt bothered at all was just advised not to give him the medicine anymore and he wasnt prescribed anything else even though his condition is like that because he wasnt any better after another week no hospital referral nothing me and his dad taken him to a&e ourselves because the gp wouldnt take it seriously at Rosegarth having tests done on him at the childrens ward in the hospital and being looked at properly they found out he has a nerve problem if the doctors at Rosegarth and Siddal surgery actually did there job properly and take things like this more seriously instead of just dismissing the problem then things like what my son has now would get treated faster I will now move everyone in my family back to our original doctors that actually know what there doing and wouldnt dismiss a problem like this I do not recommend Rosegarth or Siddal surgery at all Im appalled if I could give them no stars I would
