Caritas Group Practice - Woodside Surgery

Ive been with this practice for a long time receptionist is beyond unhelpful and im never able to reach my gp at all its a disgrace all you get is call 111 no matter what the issue is

Always had friendly helpful staff on the phone and the doctors have always been sympathetic and helpful, so no complaints and been here 2 years

Very horrible place been there since I was born and nothing but trouble they always get prescriptions wrong there also very rude and unprofessional I told them something wasnt right with my daughter it took the 3 months to tell me she had something wrong which was the exact thing I told them I thought was wrong and was told no your just young parents ! This place needs closing down

Shocking surgery service and extremely rude receptionist. All 5 members of my family have had appointments pushed back several times despite explaining high anxiety attending due to 10yr agoraphobia. We've had receptionist tell us test results were all 'normal' but when questioned further admitted they actually lost them!! They refuse to book appointments in person and want everything done online despite explaining we don't have access to Internet. So unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Always made to feel like an inconvenience. Worst gp surgery I've ever experienced.
