Awful practice. Manager is ridiculously rude and abrupt, has a right attitude on her as though shes Ms Know it all. Dont know how the staff work under her. Get rid as she makes it unwelcoming. Receptionist took forever to answer calls.

Took 45 minutes to be connected even though the recorded message said I was number 1 in the queue. When I finally got through the receptionist was rather rude and told me I'd been struck off without any warning or being notified and hung up as I was asking her why. I didn't even get chance to try make an appointment for my daughter.

Double standards. Everytime you go they make you wait upto half an hour for the appointment. On this occasion, we were 5 mins late and were promptly told that weve missed the appointment and they have other patients. Hypocrisy at its best and worst kind of double standards. No doubt itll be a half an hour wait again next time.

Don't normally post negative reviews, but been very poor last couple of years, large turn over of dentists. Had to go private.

Chipped my front tooth, not registered anywhere and due to go on holiday, Walrus booked me straight in to take a look and they are doing treatment today. The receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant, the dentist and assistant were lovely and reassuring, cant thank them all enough, Stacey Johnson
