Spent 6 hours 10am-2pm (3 separate calls) contacting support to get access to my easy access account which was anything but easy to make a transfer that day. At 1.58pm I managed to get the transfer request in but then there is no-one to process the payment now until what looks like Tuesday? Now I am locked out yet again & have no support. They said that their systems were down on Friday but they didnt tell me that I would have no access until the following week. Unbelievably bad lack of access to my own funds, inappropriate and poor hours of operation. Really lovely staff when you get to talk to them but something is very wrong with the system.

Only open 2 half days a week, service is good but should open more often then it would be 5*s..

They offer a great range of services and in theory it's all amazing but the reality is very frustrating. They hard to contact and slow to respond. I thought things would be better when they brought out the online banking and the Web app but it isn't. Its says the app is 24/7 for transfers.. and yes you can transfer whenever you like but it will only go into your account once they are open and they accept your transfer.. even if you transfer when they are open it still takes minimum 4/5 hours to go in your account which is a joke for nowadays.
