    Product is fine (Nuie vanity base unit). Packaging very poor. Damaged in transit (DX Express). Obviously dropped on corner. Felt sick when I opened package. Just wasted well over an hour sorting replacement order and repackaging for return (Wayfair) and now have to wait in for another day for collection of damaged unit and another for delivery of replacement. But it's only my time!! Let's hope replacement arrives in serviceable condition. Will not hold breath just in case.

    They need to learn how to package fragile products -just had to refuse delivery on two occasions when toilet arrived in pieces. Can't really blame the couriers (two different ones who were very apologetic) as the packaging was minimal and grossly inadequate.

    Absolutely amazing service and experience. We have an oldish shower which had developed a leak, I called up and they promptly set me up on their systems. After providing images and a description they were able to identify the replacement part which arrived within 2 days by DPD. Upon receipt of the part the install was not straightforward due to a change in the design but after asking a couple of questions they provided very clear instructions to replace the part. Really good experience and I would be encouraged to buy Hudson Reed in the future. Thanks especially to Mark and Lauren who answered questions very quickly on their help portal. A++++++
