Marks and Spencer is an excellent store with an extensive range of products that caters to almost everyone's needs. I love how spacious the store is, and it's always exciting to see what new products they have in stock. The store is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. On one occasion, I had to use the restroom, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained it was. It's always great to find clean and hygienic facilities when you're out and about, and Marks and Spencer certainly didn't disappoint. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a one-stop-shop for their daily needs.

the way they treat you on the customer service line is like being abuse by someone for even just asking a question and their attitude and customer relations leaves a lot to be desired absolutely discusting, and they give false information so everyone watch out.
