Me and my partner would like to thank the guys at Just Graze from the bottom of our hearts. 3 weeks before our wedding our previous caterers unexpectedly dropped out. But Natasha, James and their team stepped in and quite honestly made the day incredible. They were nothing short of heroes and provided the most amazing food and experience on our wedding day. All of our guests complimented the quality and professionalism of the staff. They exceeded all expectations, went above and beyond the call of duty and turned what could have been a bad situation into something truly magical. We would highly recommend Just Graze for any event, the communication was impeccable. It eased any worries and concerns we had and filled us with so much confidence. So thank you again, to you and all of your staff for creating a day that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Booked way in advance for my 40th party on the 4th sept, double checked and was assured that all cutlery and crockery would be supplied and was promised a stress free catering service with, nothing for me to prepare. This is not what we received. The staff arrived half an hour late with no warning, no apology and an explanation that they had agreed to undertake a last minute wedding so were a bit behind. No cutlery or crockery was supplied and only after my husband questioned this, did the caterers rush to the local shop to buy wooden knives and forks and paper plates. Whilst the food to be fair looked good and was enjoyed, paper plates, wooden cutlery and a last minute stress waiting for the team to arrive, was not what I had hoped for my party. I thought I would be fair and text the owners directly, explaining my concerns but Im still yet to receive a response. I think its only fair that I let others know that if youre having a relatively small get together (25 people) and not a wedding, dont expect the same service! Disappointed is how we feel. What a shame! In response to the owners comments below you definitely didnt make it clear the cutlery and crockery would be plastic/wooden in fact I paid a 50 deposit for the items you said you were leaving behind and would collect the next day. That seems a rather large deposit for a bread basket, chopping board, butter dish and two ramekins!?! I have a text message confirming you said you your colleagues would be at my house at 6pm not around 6pm so of course we were worried they werent turning up! The reason I wasnt there to greet your staff is because they were late and as a birthday treat I had booked someone to come to the house to do my hair at 6:30pm. Your staff did not remember they had forgotten the cutlery. My husband came running upstairs very concerned telling me your staff hadnt brought any and what should he do. It was only when he prompted them that they had forgotten, that they went to the shop. Yes, he thanked your colleagues for the food, as I said in my review there was no issue with that. With regards to me responding on here, I sent you a text message the following day, of which I have a copy of, highlighting my disappointment, which you didnt even bother to respond to. I gave you the courtesy of waiting 3 weeks to see if youd get back to me and you havent. And even on here, still no acknowledgement, just excuses. Anyway, Im clearly not going to get anywhere, but Im certainly glad that Ive made my point.
