Tried to order indirectly an Isense Serenity carpet. Waited 3 weeks and ended up having to cancel through my supplier as he was being lied to by the sales staff. Ordered again through Online carpets and now being told 4 weeks. Tried to email the company direct and no response. As others have said I dont know how they stay in business!

Very poor quality carpet even though advertised and sold as top quality!! Our carpet has already been replaced once and now the replacement is showing abnormal wear marking which the retailer is saying is the responsibility of the supplier!! Reading the warranty terms and conditions it appears that they are putting obstacles in your way so that they can reject claims!! I won't be buying their product ever again and it appears from the reviews that they are a very poor company

Dissatisfied with the quality of their carpets, which lets be honest are pitched and priced as high-end. Id be reluctant to recommend to anyone.

Sells poor quality but costly carpets via Carpetright that clump within 12 months even though advertised as durable - manufacturers response to issue is dismissive at best Not fit for purpose or as advertised by Carpetright

This is an appalling company my carpet was ordered 23 Oct cancelled by these the day before fitting nov 5th reordered an alternative 11nov Wrong carpet sent The carpet store has been trying and trying for answers and nothing but excuses contradictory stories s as nd lies They now wont even respond to the store and say where my carpet is Were sitting on siding chairs since Oct our other furniture in storage How they stay in business is beyond me They dont deserve 1 stat
