A good number of years since i've used this particular IMO. Whilst the wash of the car in general was good, a bit more time and effort needs putting in at the pre- wash. Front wheels in particular need a bit more attention with the hand brush to remove more of the brake dust as the wash itself does'nt seem to remove it. Also the drying portion of the process does'nt seem as good as it used to. Paid 12 for the ultra wash and expected the car to come out cleaner than it did. Needs some improvement before i'll use this wash again.

Pretty good and clean when the car comes out of the other end. However, I noticed a scratch on my alloy after this, which I am not sure if the process made it or a kerb. Will give them the benefit of doubt, as I myself am not sure what caused it and I couldn't notice anything that could scratch. The attendant did a stellar job in valet though. The car was made to look very clean and smelling fresh.
