Just had my car completely cleaned, inside and out. Inside the car was covered in bits of plaster, dirt, dog hairs and adhesive that's been stuck to one of the seats for ages. Although I'm embarrassed to say that my car wasn't much cleaner than a skip, the bloke at Waves has worked a miracle!! We agreed a price and I went back 2 hours later to see the car is cleaner than its ever been, seats look like new, car mats are spotless and the rest of the car has been cleaned to an excellent standard! Professional, friendly service, car looks nice and clean both interior and exterior - thought it was great value for money. The only things I would suggest would be a tighter system in terms of key handover - the keyring given is great, but I think for extra security, other measures could be put into place. The website mentioned there is increased PPE usage with the current pandemic - unfortunately, I found that this wasn't the case, no masks, gloves etc. I also expected to be able to pay by card (preference was stated at the window), but was told it was cash only. Avoid! As I went to pick up the van, the guy in charge pulled his lackey in close as he handed him the key and whispered to him to charge me a fiver higher than he quoted me. Not even subtle. And on top of that my phone holder is missing. So the advertised 30 valet cost me 35 plus a trip to Halfords.
