        Booked 1 week in advance for a full valet at 55. Emptied my car in preparation of the valet. Day came of appointment, time passed and no call from the company, they did not attend. Offered an explanation so decided to give a second chance. Rearranged for another day. Same happened again. Did not attend, did not call me and i waited until 4.30pm. I called the company. Did not have a proactive customer focus and no apology for failing to attend, so chose not to use them.
