Took my sons bike in today as problem with brakes and gears....left it with the 2 friendly helpful gents in there....hour and half later bike serviced ready for collection. Will definitely use again...thanks very much for your help.

Went into this shop on Saturday morning with my son who wanted to sell his old bike. From the outset they seemed uninterested & described the bike as being made of lead which I thought was not needed they could have just said they didnt want to buy it. When I challenged them they became incredibly rude & said we dont have to buy it. Isnt the whole idea of a shop that buys & sells bike to buy bikes. My son would have been happy with a tenner. Just a horrible pair of blokes who need to learn about customer service. Wont ever step in the shop again & will encourage others to just go buy/sell a bike elsewhere. Son just just gave his bike to a local charity who were extremely grateful. Also have a look at how they respond to negative reviews. Snappy answers, vile, sarcastic comments. Instead of telling anyone who has left a bad review for your company that they are on cctv, why not playback your own footage & see how you interact with potential customers. You may learn where you are going wrong. You may do well at fixing bikes but awful at business!!
