        Bought new Talon in Leeds but was not impressed with gear changes and gave poor ride experience.On Monday I decided to let Giant Halifax do a Gear service,They did and my bike is Wonderfull Thank you for your speedy service all at a reasonable cost Brilliant Customer Service

        I did as many miles with the bike on the back of my car going for repair than I did riding it!! After going back to the shop 3 times within a short period of time with a faulty Fantom mountain bike, no replacement bike offered and refund given (after I had to chase them up a number of times). A very disappointing experience and definitely not what I expected from a company like Giant! Would not recommend. 1 star!!
