        Very poor service break the rules and guidelines that are set out by the bank of England direct debit refund should be paid first not the investigation horrible service

        How are working people supposed to pay cash into the bank if it is closed on a weekend? Moving bank due to the lack of access to the branch. Been with you for 20 years but not happy with limited opening times.

        This Halifax HSBC branch is a waste of time and may has well be shut. on a number of occasions I have visited the branch in the past months, the paying in machine did not work for over two weeks and when I visit the branch today it wasn't open (with no indication of why). on all the occasions i have made a complaints in branch and online the HSBC staff have said just use the post office then. So i have suggest to them what is the point of paying a month fee to a HSBC bank if we are not getting the correct service, they can't answer this question. My advice is bank with somebody else.

        Read the most recent reviews- this bank is terrible. All they have is Indian people answering the phones and I have been hung up on every time I called except one time. They can't help, and wont help.
