        Rubbish. I usually bank via the app because I cannot get to the branch during working hours. I recently attempted to open a savings account via the app but the system would not allow this and advised me to confirm my details at the branch. No worries I will visit at the weekend I thought. Apparently the bank counters are not open at the weekend! So I will have to visit during the week when the counters are open. I cannot get to the bank during the week when the counters are open that is why I bank using the app. Genius!

        Expected a long wait to deposit a cheque but turned up at 0955am and got served straight away using the automatic cheque dispenser after being shown by staff. Money showing in my account as confirmed within minutes via SMS.
